What Recipe Do You Use Hot Sauce In?
I have always loved hot sauce as far back as I can remember. When I worked in a city lounge, everyone use to buy a big bag of chips and open the whole bag up and set it up on the bar. Then we would load it up with hot sauce. It is the best dip ever.
As I grew older and started cooking for my husband, I made hot Texas chili. I always have the bottle of hot sauce on the table and it always gets used. You can make your chili as hot as you want it. With a nice cold beer and you have supper.
Now there is a lot of emphasis on ethnic and cultural foods. I use hot sauce in my Jag (rice and beans) to give it a kick. Taco night there has to be a bottle on the table. Hot sauce has become a condiment instead of just an ingredient.
